Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and g199 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the website at g199.pro and all associated services — including live casino games, sports betting, slots, crash games and promotional offers. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or making any deposit. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one account on g199. Registering duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. • Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee of ৳100 per month applied to the remaining balance, after prior written notice to the registered contact.
• g199 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

Account registration constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you no longer agree, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure via g199 support.

Deposits and Withdrawals

g199 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Bangladesh's native mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By initiating a deposit or withdrawal you represent that the payment method belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by g199.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by g199 on legitimate winnings from real-money play.
• Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 60 minutes during normal operating hours. Unverified accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal is approved.
• g199 applies no withdrawal fee. Any fees charged by the Player's mobile network operator for the MFS transaction are outside g199's control and responsibility.
• Deposits must not originate from third-party payment methods. If a deposit is found to have been made using a payment method not belonging to the account holder, it will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

g199 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. Compliance is mandatory. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

g199 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. In any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited automatically upon qualifying. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only, on the first qualifying deposit. Closed and re-opened accounts are not eligible for welcome bonuses.
• Bonuses may only be used on game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on an ineligible category may result in the bonus being voided.
• g199 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited at the time of modification will be honoured under the original promotion terms.
• Players found abusing bonuses — including through multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies or coordinated play — will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.

Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on g199 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by independently audited third-party studios. g199 does not modify the RTP settings of any game below the default settings configured by the game provider. The outcome of every game round is entirely random and independent of previous results.

• Players must not use any software, tool or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players, including bots, automated scripts or card-counting software.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, g199 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Player balances. Winnings resulting from a malfunction will not be paid.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to rules specific to each sport and event type. In the event of ambiguity, g199's settlement decision is final.
• g199 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the conclusion of an event, regardless of whether the outcome was known at the time the bet was accepted.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on g199. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one account on g199, whether under your own name or using a different identity or payment method.
• Using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to launder money or using g199 for any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification or any support interaction.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

Amendments to These Terms

g199 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, g199 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via their registered contact. The effective date of the updated Terms will be displayed prominently at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting g199 support.
